Patients living with advanced lung disease benefit greatly from having Palliative Care to support their symptoms as they receive treatment for their illness. In addition, if the disease progresses and Hospice Care is needed, a specialized program is key to providing relief and symptom management. The National Partnership for Hospice Innovation, in collaboration with the American Lung Association, created this Advanced Lung Care Program which Four Seasons uses as a framework to provide care to our patients living with advanced lung disease.
