Locations in Transylvania County

In Transylvania County, we provide in-Home Hospice Care and Palliative Care and will serve you in your own private home, nursing facility, assisted living, hospital, relatives house, homeless shelter or wherever you call home. At times, symptoms may not be managed at home so we do offer care at Elizabeth House, an inpatient unit with a homelike setting. For many patients, the stay at Elizabeth House is with the goal of adjusting medication or getting symptoms under control so that the patient can return home to be with family.
