Henderson County is the birthplace of Four Seasons, The Care You Trust. Originally called Hospice of Henderson County, Four Seasons was a grassroots hospice started by the community for the community.  While today the organization has grown to serve 15 counties in western North Carolina, and has expanded to include other service lines, that spirit of serving the community remains at the core of the organization. Four Seasons’ headquarters are in Flat Rock, NC, as is the inpatient facility, Elizabeth House. Our  Foundation, and one of our Home Stores are in Hendersonville. In addition to Hendersonville and Flat Rock, we are grateful to serve Balfour, Barker Heights, Dana, East Flat Rock, Edneyville, Etowah, Fletcher, Gerton, Horse Shoe, Laurel Park, Mills River, Mountain Home, Valley Hill and all of the wonderful towns and communities in Henderson County, NC.
