A Message from Four Seasons Board Chair, Ryan Cannon
I have learned in my time on this Earth the strongest leaders are very often the most dedicated servants to their neighbors, especially those neighbors most in need.
This leadership trait is easy to recognize when one person’s dedication stands out as others do nothing. It is more difficult to notice this servant leadership ethic when an entire group of people is dedicated to serving others. This situation is where servant leadership exists as a culture of caring. I believe this dedication is core to the mission and driving force behind Four Seasons.
The past year has delivered challenges that none of us could have predicted. The COVID-19 pandemic turned the world on its edge and disrupted almost every facet of our daily lives. The darkest moments of the past year have shined a light on servant leaders in every community, including the communities served by
Four Seasons.
I have watched as staff, volunteers, and donors have stepped up each time a new challenge has come. Each time the call has been answered. Each time a person or community was in need, we have all stepped up. I am immensely proud of the work we have accomplished together even when delivery of care for our patients was more challenging than ever before.
I am proud to serve alongside each of you. Thank you for your continued support and commitment.
