Hosted by Lisa Courtney, MA/Div, CE- Four Seasons Child and Adolescent Grief Services Coordinator- West Region

In a world that urges us to “SUMO” — Shut Up and Move On — grief often has nowhere to go. Yet loss lingers in our bodies, our stories, and our emotions, asking to be felt, witnessed, and expressed. This experiential workshop explores grief through movement, emotion, and storytelling, offering a supportive space to honor loss, listen to the body, and gently move toward healing.

Beyond the Fog: Mapping Your Way through Grief

Thursday, April 30 | 3:00 – 4:00 PM | Zoom

Hosted by Jay Wilson, MSW, LCSW, CCTS-I- Four Seasons Child & Adolescent Grief Services Coordinator- North and South Regions

Grief is more than an emotion; it is a structural change in how the brain processes the world. In this one-hour workshop, we’ll use a creative mapping activity to move complex thoughts onto paper. Externalizing these thoughts helps the logical brain regain a sense of order so you can better support your wellbeing.
