Our Approach to Your Care
Our care is “person-centered,” meaning that we ask what’s most important to you in your healthcare goals, wishes, and needs. What’s most important to you is the heart of your plan of care. We become advocates alongside you as you navigate the often complicated and overwhelming healthcare system, helping you to understand your options, communicating with providers, and ensuring your wishes are honored. Four Seasons further focuses on holistic care as we provide not only physical support for symptoms, but also spiritual and emotional support for both the patient and family.

Why Choose a Nonprofit
Like other nonprofit palliative and hospice providers, Four Seasons conducts more nursing and social work visits, and twice as many bereavement visits, than its for-profit counterparts (according to a 2023 study conducted by the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation). As a nonprofit, Four Seasons is focused on each patient and their needs rather than profits. This means that your loved one will receive more personalized, holistic care from nonprofit providers, including Four Seasons.
Why Choose Four Seasons
In addition to our person-centered, holistic approach to care, Four Seasons is recognized for its quality of care, including, but not limited to:
- Hospice Honors
- The Circle of Life Award
- Join Commission Certification
- Best Places to work (demonstrating our dedication to hiring the best staff possible to care for your loved one)
- Living Wage and Bell Seal for Staff Mental Health Support Certifications (ensuring we care for our staff so they can care for you)
- Home Care Pulse Awards for Provider and Employer of Choice, and for Leader in Experience
