Four Seasons President & CEO Named Future Leader by Aging Media

Dr. Millicent Burke-Sinclair, Ed.D, MBA, MLAS, SPHR®, SHRM SCP- President and CEO of Four Seasons, The Care You Trust- was named a Future Leader in the Class of 2022 in the Hospice Division by Aging Media.

Aging Media recognizes dynamic leaders, ages 40 and under, who are making a push to define the future of aging America in senior housing, skilled nursing, home health, and hospice industries. Each nominee’s vision is unique, but they are all centered on improving customer experience and health outcomes above all else. Hospice future leaders are leading organizations through unprecedented change, redefining the standard of hospice care, and creating new partnerships that help keep patients comfortable during care transitions. These leaders are dedicated to patient care. By embracing innovative business, technology, and care strategies that give peace of mind to everyone involved, hospice future leaders are single-handedly transforming the hospice experience as we know it.

Dr. Burke-Sinclair has led Four Seasons in the role of President and Chief Executive Officer since 2017 after holding several other leadership positions in the organization beginning in 2014. Under Dr. Burke-Sinclair’s leadership, Four Seasons has seen tremendous growth in many areas, including but not limited to receiving recognition as a Hospice of Honors, Leaders in Excellence for our Home Care Program, and being awarded a Best Place to Work. As Four Seasons has grown to serve more patients and families across western North Carolina our care services have also grown to ensure we provide the most trusted care possible. Dr. Burke-Sinclair sits on several boards including Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) and the Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC).

Dr. Burke-Sinclair’s visionary leadership inspires innovation, creates a high-performance culture, and drives a contagious commitment to excellence in care. Born and raised in Henderson County, Dr. Burke-Sinclair is married and the mother of three children. She and her family love living in WNC, enjoying the outdoors, and growing organic foods in their garden. They are also involved in their church and local community.
