Holiday Remembrance Event

The holidays are often a time to reflect and remember those we have loved and lost. To help you remember and honor your loved ones who have died, Four Seasons invites you to a special gathering where you may find comfort and strength alongside others who understand and are navigating grief this holiday season.
- The event will include a Candle Ceremony and reading of names – submit the name of your loved one via the QR code below.
- Guests will receive a special ornament in memory of their loved one.
- Light refreshments will be provided, and guests will have an opportunity to connect with members of the Hospice and Grief Services teams.
- We can connect you with grief support at no cost to you.
Our West Region Care Team, who lives in your community, is grateful to be a part of this memorial event and is available to answer questions you may have.
Four Seasons is a nonprofit Palliative and Hospice Care organization, providing not only care for the physical symptoms, but also offering emotional and spiritual care for the patient, family, and caregiver and grief support.
